Colliers Facilitates Sale of 17.93-Acre Site Approved for 50 Luxury Duplex Condominiums

The property sold for $4,500,000, according to the Rockingham County Registry of Deeds.

Dan Scanlon, JD, CCIM, and Cassandra Farley, both Senior Associates with Colliers in New Hampshire, represented the seller, Nesmith Meadows, LLC. The buyer, Trendezza, LLC, an experienced NH-based developer, was represented by Jared Lariviere of Moe Marketing Realty Group.

The property is in an upscale community known for its top-rated school system and strong residential demand. With site plan approval in place for 50 luxury duplex condominium units, the parcel offers a rare opportunity for residential development just three miles from I-93 (Exit 3) and minutes from the center of Windham, NH.
